Can I just buy blank apparel?

Unfortunately, we only sell customized apparel.
Do you have other colors and styles?

YES! Our goal is to provide the highest quality and most comfortable customized apparel. But we also want to make the ordering process as easy as possible. So, we have listed some of the most popular shirts and colors; however we have a veritable plethora of brands and colors - polos, hats, you name it. Contact us and let us know what you're looking for.

Do you have the MOST comfortable T-Shirts?

How could you ask us that? Yes, of course we do. Seriously, all of us are always looking for the most comfortable highest quality T-Shirts as an option for your designs. We are constantly trying out new 'blanks' looking for the best fitting and most comfortable shirts as an option for you and our clients.

Do you have embroidered items?

Yep. In order to maintain continuity of your design(s) we have 2 vetted wholesale partners we work with.
Can I provide my own art work/designs?

Please do! :-) We can work with you to help you create the design you are looking for but if you have art work ready we will be HAPPY to use it. Any of the following formats are acceptable for us to start/generate a proof: jpeg pdf png eps svg But when possible our preferred file format is vectorized converted curves eps.
Will I receive a proof before production?

YES! Absolutely. Since everything we produce is custom, we work with clients to ensure they get exactly what they want so we communicate through the process and will send a proof for approval prior to printing.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on most items because everything is done to our clients specifications. If something is damaged or on the extremely rare occasion we make an error we will work as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are printed primarily in Baltimore, MD and Northern VA. We also have partners on the East Coast and Canada that provide some raw materials to ensure our products are high quality and competitively priced
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be advised of the shipping cost prior to completing your purchase.
